Sen. Elizabeth Warren wanted John Stumpf out as Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) CEO, and she got her wish this week. Now she has it out for a high-level government official appointed by President Barack Obama.
The Massachusetts Democrat urged Obama in a letter Friday to remove Mary Jo White as chair of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, arguing she is too comfortable allowing companies to hold back important information from investors.
