Wells Fargo & Company (WFC – Analyst Report) CEO John Stumpf’s salary kept unchanged at $19.3 million over the last three years, marking 2015 as the fourth straight year. Notably, in 2012, Stumpf was paid $22.87 million, making him the highest paid CEO of a chief U.S. commercial bank.
The package includes a salary of $2.8 million, long-term equity incentive awards of $12.5 million and cash bonus worth $4 million.
